Father, in Jesus' name, I express my gratitude and praise to You, for Your goodness and everlasting mercy. You are my King, my Lord, and my God. Your magnificence is unparalleled, and Your name is renowned throughout the earth.

I am in urgent need of You, but I frequently find myself wanting to do other activities rather than spend time with You in Your Word. Please help me to trust You with the tasks that need attention. Encourage my heart to find joy in being with You, listening to Your Word. Give me the grace to entrust my worries to You, as You support and stabilize me.

I lack the resources and knowledge to fully engage in all that You have called me to join You in. However, You are sufficient and provide everything I need to fulfill Your will and purpose. Assist me in giving You the highest priority and first place in everything. At this moment, help me to submit to the Lordship of Jesus and be guided by the Holy Spirit.

I apologize for letting the role You've assigned me in Your eternal plan divert my focus from You and Your Kingdom's goals. I understand that Your ultimate aim for me is to shape me into the likeness of Your Son, Jesus. I've prioritized using the gifts and talents You've entrusted to me over allowing You to cultivate a godly character within me.

I apologize for my pride and selfishness. I've focused too much on myself instead of on You. You do not share Your glory with anyone else, and all the praise belongs to You alone. I'm sorry, Father, for what I turned it into, when it should all be about Jesus for Your glory. Please guide me back to that place, for that is the essence of worship.

There are times when I look at circumstances and how others are treating me that I feel like You have forgotten me. I can quote scriptures about You knowing, seeing, and choosing me, yet my actions, attitudes, and words sometimes show disbelief. Help me to cease from my striving and live like I know that You alone are God. You really are in control, and my life and times are in Your hands.

You have a plan for my life, and Your intentions and love for me remain unchanged. You still have work for me to do. Help me not to squander the time, talents, treasures, opportunities, and relationships You have given me to honor Your name. Through Christ, I have the limitless ability to accomplish everything You have called me to do in partnership with You.

Help me focus on Jesus, growing in intimacy with You, and let Your desires be fulfilled in my life, marriage, family, and ministry. You redeemed me with Jesus' precious blood and offered the Kingdom's treasures. Nothing compares to Your worth. Help me choose Your eternal Kingdom over this fading world. Wise men seek Him. In Jesus' name, Amen.
