Father, in Jesus' name, I am grateful for Your kindness, love, and patience with me. No one compares to You, and yet I find myself easily distracted by temporary, lesser things. You have loved me with an eternal love. Thank You for showering me with Your love, making me a child of God. Nothing can separate me from Your love. Your love fills my heart through the Holy Spirit. I love You because You loved me first and have enabled me to love.

I am deeply grateful that in Your anger, You remember to show mercy. You have not given humanity what we truly deserve. For everyone has sinned and falls short of God's glory, and the consequence of sin is death. Yet, You offer people the chance to confess their sins, repent, and return to You, as the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God, You do not love me based on my performance or how I or others feel about me. Your love towards me is constant and overwhelming.

You are my Rock. In this world where everything that can be shaken is shaking, You are my stability. You love me because of who You are.

(God) Do not let me waste this life but to live it in all of its fullness. Guide me as I walk with You in this great adventure of life.

(God) Help me to thank You in the trials. You are using them to test my faith, build in me perseverance, and make me more like Jesus.

Jesus, the forgiveness of sins and eternal life are gifts available from God for all those who place their faith in Your great name.

But God demonstrates His own love towards us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:8)

God, You have chosen to love me with an everlasting love. My life is not my own, my life belongs to You. More than anything else I need You!

God, in light of Your love for us, what You've done, who we are in Jesus, Your power and presence, and Christ's return help us live for You.

Jesus, bring me to the place where my life is poured out as an offering of praise to You the One who freely and fully gave Your life for me.

You were condemned as the vilest of humanity as You died for the sins of the world when You were the perfectly obedient Son.

More often than we realize it, You are working to, in, and through human beings who are not fully surrendered to You.

Jesus, stir our hearts to come to You and be overwhelmed by Your great love for us. May we live for You and be sent out to represent You.

Help me to look to You, the Holy One, to see how infinitely far I fall short while beholding Jesus and seeing Your amazing grace towards me.

Jesus, I cannot begin to comprehend Your glory and matchless splendor neither can I comprehend Your condescension and humility.

The death of Jesus reminds us in the face of great evil that God is firmly in control. It also shows sinful people God's great love for us.

God, there are times that I begin to drift into depression and I do not feel like praying to You. All I know is that I desperately need You.

Jesus came to die for the sins of the world so that people could be reconciled and have a right relationship with God by believing in Him.

You are the source of life and the only One who can satisfy our souls. There is no help and hope for people in this world apart from Jesus.
