Father, in Jesus' name, I bless You and praise You. You are my Rock. You are the foundation and stability of my life. Without You there is no me and without You taking the initiative to save me I am lost and dead in my transgressions and sins. Thank You for making me to have and enjoy intimate fellowship with You and preparing for me redemption and reconciliation to You in Christ before world began.
God, help me to grow daily in the grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. May I live in continual awe of who You are and what You have done for me. I am blown away by Your glory, grace, and greatness. For there is none like You and no one who has done for me all that You have done for me. There is no who infinitely comes close to comparing to You. You are holy and transcendent. You are unique and distinct. You are completely separate and set apart from everything else and infinitely superior to it all. You are the Sovereign Lord who is all-knowing, all-powerful, and independent. You are in total control of all that happens, and this is probably seen most clearly in the events that surrounded the birth, life, suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
In the midst of what is happening in the world today, help us to see, trust, and understand that You are fulfilling Your will and purpose now just as You did then and throughout history. You are causing all things to work towards the return of Jesus Christ in the Father's glory when He will reward the righteous and judge the wicked. Help every follower of Jesus to live holy lives in light of Your presence and the coming of Your Kingdom as we serve as Christ's ambassadors in this world. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit and use us to bear witness for Jesus today with our lives and as we proclaim the gospel with our lips. As we do may great multitudes come to repentance and faith in Jesus. We long for You, Jesus, to receive the full measure of people that You purchased for God by Your blood from every tribe, language, people, and nation. Amen!!!
