Lord, Lead Me to Fulfill Your Purpose (Prayer Blog 291)

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I honor and exalt You, my God and King. You are magnificent and truly deserve all praise. Your greatness is beyond understanding, and no one can comprehend it. You are both faithful and powerful. You will accomplish Your purpose on earth, and nothing and no one can hinder what You have destined to occur since before time began.

Lord, guide me to live with openness, allowing You to add or remove from my life as You desire. Help me to adapt to Your actions and fulfill the role You have called me to in partnership with You. I don't need a detailed plan for today, this week, this month, or the upcoming months and years. Grant me the awareness to be sensitive to Your Spirit in each moment and a willing heart to follow Your will.

Set my ultimate aim to honor You and to please You in all I do. I am grateful that Your greatest objective is to transform me to be more like Jesus. As I become more like Jesus, I will experience greater intimacy with You, and You will use me to make an eternal impact during my time here on earth. Prevent ministry from diverting my focus away from You. I pray that You use ministry to reveal my dependence on You, to understand Your love for me and others, and to see You more clearly for who You truly are.

Guide me to align my desires with Yours, trusting in You no matter the circumstances, emotions, opinions, finances, or visibility. My life belongs to You; help me to fully dedicate myself to You. Place me strategically to honor Your name, build Your Kingdom, and carry out Your will on earth. Let me live the purposeful journey You have planned for my life. Above all, may You, Jesus, be my sole focus. Help me to love You with all that I am and all that I have. Assist me in seeking Your presence rather than Your gifts, so I may use everything You've entrusted to me to glorify Your name. Amen!
