God, help me live by faith in response to Your unwavering faithfulness - (Prayer Blog 289)

Father, I am grateful for the chance to see another day. Thank You for the fresh mercies You granted as I woke up this morning and for Your unfailing compassion. Your faithfulness is remarkable! The rhythm of my heart, the air in my lungs, and the thoughts in my mind all affirm that You still have a purpose for my life.

Above all, enable me to love You through the strength of Your Spirit within me. Let me show my love for You through obedience to Your Word and by loving those in the family of God. Assist me in maintaining a close relationship with You today. May You alone hold the preeminence, priority, and foremost place in my life.

Reveal the sin in my life and lead me to confess and repent. Transform me into a pure and holy vessel to showcase Your Son, Jesus Christ, as I submit to Your Spirit. I am not my own; I belong to You. You have bought me at a great cost, the precious blood of Christ. Now, use me to glorify You in my body and spirit, which are solely Yours. You did not create and redeem me to do my own thing and go my own way.

Assist me in living according to Your Word. Open my ears to hear You today and soften my heart to respond to You. Grant me the attitude of Mary, who, upon hearing from the angel Gabriel that she would become the mother of Jesus, the Messiah and Son of the living God, said, 'May it happen to me according to Your Word.'

Guide me to live by faith today. Reveal Your plans for me so I can follow Your actions and speak Your words. Fill me with Your Spirit and live Your resurrected life through me, Lord Jesus. When anxiety and worry arise, grant me the grace to entrust my concerns to You, the One who cares for me. Let me feel Your peace and presence and be filled with confidence knowing You are with me.

Help me establish the correct priorities in life, as You are my sole focus. Reveal the changes I need to implement and grant me the faith to carry them out. Lead me to a point where my desires align with Yours, prioritizing Your will over mine. Enable me to perform all tasks with excellence and for Your glory. Remove all pride and selfish ambition from my heart. In Jesus' name, Amen!
