Father, I am grateful for Your patience with me. Please forgive me for neglecting prayer in favor of food, for spending money on unnecessary food, and for indulging excessively. I have not managed my body, financial resources, and time well. You have provided all these to me to honor Your name, not for my own satisfaction. Thank you for forgiving me and purifying me from all wrongdoing. I request your assistance in helping me repent as I live by the Spirit, avoiding the desires of the flesh.

I apologize for attempting to determine what You want me to do instead of listening to and trusting You. Please help me to be fully committed and present where You have placed me. Give me a heightened sensitivity to Your Spirit so that I remain as long as You desire and move when You guide me. Keep me humble in prayer and immersed in Your Word.

Reveal to me what You want for me to understand and how I should partner with You in Your work within my life, marriage, family, local church, community, city, state, nation, and the world. Shape me to be like the men of Issachar, who comprehended their era and knew the right actions to take. You are the God who unveils mysteries and provides insight into events of the last days. You are aware of all that has occurred, is occurring, and will occur, for You are eternal.

You are the Sovereign God, actively expanding Your Kingdom throughout creation. Amazingly, You have chosen to use imperfect and sinful humanity, reconciled to You, the Holy One, through Jesus Christ's sacrifice, to advance Your Kingdom on earth until the glorious return of Lord Jesus. You have positioned me as a member of the body of Christ, the Church. Thank You! Use me and my fellow believers in Christ to fulfill the unique role You have assigned us in this unified body that showcases Jesus in the world.

Jesus, You promised that if we believe in You, we will do Your works and even greater ones, as You have gone to the Father and sent Your Spirit to work through us. Anoint us to preach the gospel of the Kingdom to all nations, as you said the end will come when this is done. You will return at the Father's command to fully restore His Kingdom. We long for the day when worldly kingdoms become the Kingdom of our Lord and His Christ, whose reign is eternal. Grant us boldness, urgency, and wisdom to remain faithful soldiers of the cross, undistracted by civilian affairs. Amen!!!
