Embracing God's Sovereignty and Eternal Purpose - Prayer Journal 250

I bless and praise You, Almighty God. You are the King of kings and the Lord of lords. You are the Sovereign Lord, seated on Your throne, in complete control over all aspects of Your creation throughout history. Time does not constrain, affect, or limit You. You are eternal. Your eyes perceive the beginning You initiated, the end You will bring about at Jesus' return, and everything in between, all at once. For You, there is no past, present, or future.

You have decided to accomplish Your eternal plans within the framework of time. You determine the outcome from the start, and everything occurs according to Your divine schedule at the moment You designate for their fulfillment. Before the world's creation, Jesus Christ was destined to be the sacrificial lamb for the world's sins. At the appointed time, He appeared. As stated in Galatians 4:4, "But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law."

Lord, assist me in making the best use of the time You have given me, for the days are challenging. Prevent me from squandering this life on trivial matters that lack eternal significance and do not honor Your name. Guide me to fulfill the prophetic Word spoken over my life, ensuring that my existence serves Your purpose on earth. Help me shift my focus from temporary situations and keep it centered on You.

My trust is placed solely in You, with no reliance on anything or anyone else. I aspire to live exclusively for You, my singular audience. Consequently, may all my actions be performed with excellence and for Your glory. You bestowed upon me everything You are and possess through Jesus. Assist me in offering all that I am and have to You, holding nothing back. You loved me first with an eternal love. May my response be obedience to Your Word and love for others.

God, reveal to me what You are doing around me and inspire me to join in. Let Your presence go before me and guide me to understand Your direction. Speak, Lord, and help me recognize Your voice so I may follow Your path. Strengthen my reliance on You and my trust in You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Use my life for what only You can accomplish, so that others may encounter Jesus through me. Amen!
