Father, in the powerful name of Jesus', I praise You my God, my King, my Savior, and my Friend. There is no one like You anywhere in all of Your creation. Nothing that infinitely comes close to comparing to You. For You are great and greatly to be praised. Your greatness is unsearchable. Help me to humble myself before Your Majestic glory, to be still and know that You are God, and to be silent before Your holy presence. How amazing is it that I have an audience with You the Most High and Holy God. For You made a way through the veil of Jesus flesh that was torn and His blood that was shed to grant me the forgiveness of sin and unlimited access into Your presence. No longer is Your throne a place of judgment that I fear to approach You. It has now become a throne of grace where I long to draw near You.
God, I need You more than my next breath and the next beat of my heart. You are the air that my soul breathes. You are the Source of my strength and the Strength of my life. Lord, I am nothing without You. You are my Creator. I can do nothing apart from You. I am utterly inadequate, incapable, incompetent, and insufficient without You. You are my Life. Jesus, You came that I may have life to the full. This would still be my lot had You not left the glory of heaven to come to the earth to rescue me: I would be dead in my sins, following the course of the world that is under the control of the enemy of my soul, living in willful disobedience to You, indulging my sinful desires continually, and deserving Your wrath. Thank You for saving me from Your wrath, freeing me from sin and satan, and giving me eternal life.
God, thank You for the indwelling presence of Your Holy Spirit and the power to live in a manner that is pleasing to You. I now belong to You and You only. My body is a temple of Your Holy Spirit and I am to glorify You in my body and spirit which are Yours. Show me what is keeping me from walking as intimately with You and with others in the body of Christ as You desire me to. Show me what hinders me from being a mighty and powerful tool in Your hands that You can use to tear down the enemy's strongholds while building Your Kingdom.
God, grant me a greater desire for You than for anyone or anything else. May my life be lived out of the overflow of an intimate relationship with You. Make me a man of integrity who lives an authentic life before You and others. Make my heart more like Yours and give me vision for the part that You want me to play in Your eternal purpose. Stir me up to be intentional in my pursuit of You and Your Kingdom calling on my life. I ask You to breakthrough in the hearts and lives of my wife, kids, and all those that You attached to me. May Your presence be so great upon us that the forces of darkness must flee. Bring great destruction to the devils works in our minds and hearts. Bring salvation to every member of my family, give each of us a heart for You, and give us Your heart for one another. Thank You for hearing this prayer and for doing great and mighty things that I know not. In Jesus' name, Amen!!!
